Delivery Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from Langley British Columbia. If items in your order are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

Returns

WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Custom items are not returnable.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after purchase.

SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

CREDIT for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 20% restock fee.

Packing materials?
Packing material must be in same condition as when received.
